Equipped with 5 professional production lines, it focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of mid-to-high-end trolley cases made of ABS, ABS+PC and pure PC materials. The factory is led by an experienced Chinese management team, with 290 local Indonesian employees and a monthly production capacity of 80,000 units. It mainly provides customized production services for world-renowned brands such as Samsonite, Travelpro, and Delsey, becoming an important hub connecting Southeast Asian manufacturing with the global market through high-standard quality control and efficient production capacity.

By precisely controlling temperature and pressure, it improves the toughness and flatness of the sheets, providing stable and high-quality raw material support for the subsequent blister forming process.

Blister Department

With 6 fully automatic blister forming machines, it adopts advanced thermoforming technology, which can quickly realize the shaping of luggage shells of different sizes and radians. The surface error of the shell is controlled within ±0.2mm, accurately matching the appearance and structural requirements of mid-to-high-end luggage.

Side Processing Department

Focus on the refined processing of luggage sides, including side cutting, edge sealing, and pre-installation of accessories. CNC equipment is used to ensure the precision of side dimensions, ensuring the tightness and structural stability of the luggage after assembly, and improving the overall durability of the product.

Warehousing and Logistics Support

Material Warehouse

Adopts a standardized zoned storage system to classify and manage core raw materials such as ABS and PC, as well as hardware, fabrics and other accessories. Equipped with complete temperature and humidity control facilities to ensure the stability of raw material quality; establishes an inventory dynamic early warning mechanism to ensure timely supply of production materials and avoid production interruptions.

Finished Product Warehouse

It has a large modern storage space, equipped with intelligent sorting and storage systems, which can realize classified storage and rapid outbound of finished products according to orders.
