Blister Department

Equipped with automatic blister equipment, specializing in the shaping of luggage shells. It can accurately meet the needs of mid-to-high-end luggage of different sizes and materials, ensuring the shell surface is flat and the thickness is uniform, laying the foundation for product texture.

Sawing Department

Adopting CNC sawing technology to precisely cut the formed luggage parts, with a dimensional error controlled within ±0.1mm, ensuring accurate docking in subsequent assembly processes and reducing production losses.

Production Workshop

With 3 standardized assembly lines, implementing the "process-specific quality inspection" system. From accessory assembly, zipper sewing to initial product inspection, each link is controlled by dedicated personnel to ensure stable product quality.

Testing Department

Equipped with professional equipment such as compression testers, abrasion testers, and trolley life testers, conducting more than 10 international standard tests on products (such as ISTA packaging and transportation tests) to ensure 100% qualified delivery of each batch of products.

Warehousing and Logistics Support

Material Warehouse

Adopting a "zoned and classified" storage system, storing raw materials such as ABS and PC as well as hardware accessories independently. Equipped with temperature and humidity control systems to prevent materials from getting damp and deformed; meanwhile, establishing an inventory warning mechanism to ensure timely supply of production materials.

Finished Product Warehouse

Covering an area of 2000㎡, equipped with an intelligent sorting system and moisture-proof and dust-proof facilities, enabling classified storage and rapid outbound of finished products according to orders; meanwhile, seamlessly connecting with logistics service providers, supporting multiple delivery methods such as sea and air transportation to ensure timely delivery of orders.
